Prime Dental offers a unique support program for our practice management system. When you call us for help you will always speak to a dentist. Unlike other companies who send their support calls overseas or have a staff of unskilled operators who simply follow along a checklist, you will be talking to someone who knows dentistry and what it takes to run a busy practice. You and your staff do not need to be computer experts, since we provide answers and training in an easy to understand way. We are easily reached at our toll free number or via e-mail. Our support package includes all of the following:

- Upgrades

We are continually improving our software. All upgrades are free and can be easily downloaded from our web site.

- Technical Support

We provide phone support for any problems or questions you may have. We can also remotely connect to your computer so that we can see the same things that you are.

- Training

We provide training to you and your staff via the phone and remote connection to your computer.

- Consulting

Our dental professionals can provide additional help and services to allow you to fully integrate our system in your practice
